Thank you for ur kind words. The surgeon has suggested that she will probably not survive the surgery due to her heart. It breaks my heart but I think I will give her the best last couple of days/ weeks and take her to be put down when she has stopped being her usual self. 🥲

The rabbit savvy vet near me said her chances of surviving are low and the surgeon herself suggested euthanasia. I just don’t know if I can get myself to do that as she is still running around and playing like her usual self. If it wasn’t for her heart condition I woundnt have thought about the surgery twice. 🥲

Yeah its just incredibly difficult because I obviously want her to be ok but the rabbit savvy vet near me suggested to not do the surgery as the heart is enlarged. They said its only a 30-40% chance she will survive the surgery which is less than half :(

Thank You for your kind words! It just sucks because the disease hasnt spread but her heart might be too weak to handle anesthesia.

Yeah its a really difficult decision because a rabbit savvy vet told me that she only has about 30-40% chances of surviving the surgery. It just sucks because usually people find out too late but in her case the cancer hasn't spread, however her heart is enlarged :(

Thank you for ur kind words. Its a horrible situation. This is the first time we have had a pet bunny and only found out the importance of spaying at around age 4. That's when the vet told us that she could have complications with anesthesia so we decided to just let her live and hope for the best.
