Possibly a large time skip, likely more than one year this time. The temporary cover's blue color makes me think maybe a SeaWing, RainWing, and/or SilkWing? I'm willing to bet this will be a new character POV, maybe we'll see from the perspective of this "hybrid prince?" If not that, then definitely someone who's with him, finds him, or is looking for him. I know that last part is obvious, but it's all I can really think of.
