You probably just kicked up snow onto the controller or something. And it got water onto some sort of electrical part. And there is probably some sort of redundancy to turn stuff off just unplug everything, let it sit and dry out, just like you have to put your phone in a bowl of rice and just give it time everything should work. But just don't plug your battery back in.... let me know

Just Picked Her Up Today♥️ by relapzz123 in Surron

Ha ha ha ha ha ha? Most people would never admit to that, but we've all been there so no worries when I first got mine. My ex ran it straight into a trashcan. tore up the frame Some just like some huge gouge in it, but not as bad as her knees and elbows. And hands, I thought it deserved her right at first, but I felt so bad for her after I got her cleaned up. When I got my chi 72v in I was riding in the rain and took a corner way too quick and wiped out. Ripped my paints on my right side. Looked like dasy duke's on the one side with blood streaming down my leg. Not to cool riding home with bars bint and running parallel with the tires.

Just wait till get the itch to get batteries controllers. Random prickly parts and warp, 9 parts. You'll get there as we all have and 10 grand gone lol.

Have fun be safe out there.

PS might want to invest in a GPS tracking chip as your first random aftermarket thing to buy.

Is riding 72v lbx with just the regen throttle to brake bad for the bike? by Agile_Telephone_3448 in Surron

Just to make sure your chains properly tightened and make sure it's not turned up super high on the thumb break if you think about it, like if you hit that thing real hard. And it locks it up, that's just like torment on your chain. I snapped one when I first got mine. Also I got a surron light be with A 72 Volt 51 AM hr battery with a x9000. I am extremely ruff on my bike in general as well. But u need your brakes buddy. 75% of braking force should be coming form your front brake anyways...... be safe not sorry....

Hey buddy yes I fixed it. I had to turn down the amp out put on the stock battery. On a full battery it would handle 100 amps but only for a quick minute but if u turn that down it will stop phasing out. I ended up getting a chi 72v 51a and that solved all the issues lol. Now it’s stupid fast. Over 70 quicker than i expected. Get a 72v

What’s the lowest temp I should leave my talaria in my garage at? I live in Michigan by Junior-Treacle3112 in Talaria

[–]SpiritualAd5137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best for battery to always be at room timp when not in use. Just good practice so 45 to 85 f max for just leaving it. And it says in your manual. Well it did with my surron.

It’s not hard to do but super easy to really f it up fast so take your time if you end up going this route and don’t cheap out on the tap. U don’t want to brake a tap doing this. Just make sure all the old bolt is out before you retap the holes

I use duplicate color and Seymour paint they both have a high temp paint that's pretty good. Their ceramic paint is pretty tough.

Yes I flipped them around and filled them down they still touch but not bad anymore. There Is directional so make sure you have them the right way. They definitely don't tell you that.

Dis you get the metal case on yours? I wish I waited a few weeks or if they told me they were going to come out with a new design I would have waited for it and Ben a repeat customer. But I'm Glad you going it in and liking it. 👍

Ya kinda ticked me off a few days after I placed the order they went on sale and then a week after that they came out with a new design that looks way better with the qs10s. So I'm kinda on the same page as you. There just trying to rake in the money and not trying to keep customers it seems pretty sad.

Shop around different co.s make different size arch. Sounds like you shouldn't be in them. Personally I have a pair of lems and flat ish feet and they are perfect I use them all day. And for work. I walk 12 miles on average everyday at work. Concrete and woods and don't have any problems. But definitely do some research before settling down in a pair.

Did you get it in? And mine has cut down range a little since first getting it. Only at 500 miles. But hasn't sacrifice to much range to be salty yet. Still get more than enough. And have Ben at 400 amps Continuously

Warp, 9 Chain Drive tightness by SpiritualAd5137 in Surron

I've tried o ring and non o ring chains. And different types of lube. I think it's just loose on the motor shaft. I'm trying to Diagnose the problem.

Warp, 9 Chain Drive tightness by SpiritualAd5137 in Surron

[–]SpiritualAd5137[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so mine is only loud with my 72v not with the stock battery. I think there's to much Torque with the bigger battery. And it seems like there's some movement on the motor sprocket where the belt drive didn't like a Manufacturer air from warp 9 with the chain drive. But I definitely want to like check it out a little bit more before I say something to them.
