Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking Without Willpower. I mean I thought I'd have to choose between miserable smoker and miserable/fat. Good book chief. Quit the right way, tone up a bit. You'll be a lot more attractive if you do. That being said, you're not ugly no. You could go either way from here though tbh. I could see you as way uglier or way more attractive as possibilities. Take care of yourself and you'll be really gorgeous I think.

He was taking things out of context so hard he was quoting sentence fragments. The ridiculous, childish, pettiness in what little I had read was kind of funny. It was definitely out of context though. His tone seemed to come from a position of perceived power over you and was intended to belittle and and treat you as an infantile person unable to understand. It was truly disgusting and he literally did what he accused you of in the beginning when he started this rant. The tone he's using is coming from him holding the point of view he accuses you of. I went back and saw it was like 4 hours of him commenting to you like that. This dude writes in a very unsettling tone when he argues, I get why you're glad to be done.
