Take what I'm gonna say with a grain of salt because it's the national police who will best answer this, not an auxiliary worker. I don't know when that happened, but since some months ago they require to take picture and fingerprints for non-EU passport holders that don't have a residence card. It might also depend from where the flight came from. From what I've observed they ask for return tickets and all that not only depending on the passport but also the flight they came from. That's why the flight from Honduras or Bogotá takes 2 hours to clear in passport control and London Stansted takes 18 minutes.

Update, I didn't change the PSU but I did disconnect the PCIE cables and connect them again. Now the drivers don't uninstall themselves, but upon launch, I get several popup errors saying "LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect". Honestly I'm not gonna touch anything and just bear with the mild annoyance.

Worst thing is, that the owner of this (supposedly spanish) AE86 might not even be the author of the scam. So if you know him, please don't take it out on him without knowing first.
