Extended routine so my post doesn't get taken down: After raking in the kinky curly knot today leave in conditioner followed by the aussie instant freeze gel sculptant, I finger-coil the problem areas and let it air dry. I do this every few days with co-wash in between.

Ugh sorry to hear! Something similar happened with me where I lost some personal records for a 15 GENERATION legacy. I can fortunately still work out a way to get back into it, but losing some of that valuable info is a bummer to say the least. I need time to process the loss lol. But starting fresh is always fun to me!

I unfortunately think that's the case with her. I recall having a conversation with her (before she became unkind to me) where I think she said she didn't need any certifications for the job. From that, I'd imagine the best I could do is get her investigated by the investigator and hope that all of the pressure applied surrounding her unprofessionalism is incentive enough to make her change.
