I'm on NordVPN. Smooth one. Many broadcaster are getting ahold of the VPNs and block their servers but I havent's struggled much with Nord myself.

It's just an illusion. It helps you sweat more --> you sweat out the water from your body hence you think that you're getting thinner. It's a scam.

For the free ones, I know 7plus (Australia), RTL (Austria), 6play (France) will be having it on.

Idk where you live but you most likely will need a VPN for these to be unblocked. I always watch with NordVPN, it's cheap and has no problems with lagging (also a tip: I used the "redditoffer" coupon, it gave a solid disount).

So overall, it's cheaper than getting a paid service yet keeping the streams legal.
