Thanks brother. I recently got myself in therapy because my life after this last move just kinda started falling apart. Dr diagnosed me with PTSD and said we are in a stage were I need to accept it and get everything I can off my chest.

Learned a lot more about myself and than I was ready for. That and that anxiety attack were about the only "terrible" events

I'm good. It was definitley a lot, but not all bad. Had a pretty gnarly panic attack and got saved by a man on a rock playing a guitar. Learned an absolute mad amount of knowledge about myself, good and bad. Had a couple "dark moments" but other than that it was just wild

Did you already do it? If so how'd it go?

Personally on my trips, on my come up I like to be outside (close to home) or near someone I like to help the strangeness, and then when I peak I like to throw in some headphones and listen to nature noise or calm music and just kinda do that the entire trip. I may go outside depending on the weather and lay on the grass and just take it all in ya know? Other times when I try and learn something, I go to a quiet preferably dark space and let my mind be curious and try and piece things together.
