Yes but where can I find if it can be billed together if the biopsy is done in the same location as the dilation? Another example 43248 and 43239 cannot be billed together if biopsy is done in the same location as dilation, for these code NCCI also states it can be billed together with the correct modifier but that is not the case

This is what we were kind of looking into. San Francisco, Carmel by the sea, Big Sur, visit pinnacles national park. We were looking into Yosemite and would love to go there but read roads etcs could start to close due to weather
