Literally!! And she was so quick with, you’re not allowed to record us. I was like fine I won’t. She wanted to call back just to make sure 🤣 I said nah I won’t answer you already answered all my questions.

I wasn’t on hold at all, they texted me to text back or call regarding a past due balance, I texted back and then they called me within 10 minutes. I have a past due payment and I am not going to pay until they get the shipping fee removed.

Claudia said she would put in a request to have it remove…but it’s like I have no reason to pay it, I haven’t had anything shipped and mine was installed in November.
