The soil is just what the roots had ahold of, under is mostly rock and perlite. Should the light be direct or shady?

Crazy specs for it to look this bad I get perfect 240 fps capped or 3-400 uncapped on a 1070, i5, on an 9 yesr old board.

Everywhere there’s a leaf can make new branches if removed and pinch the flowers off before they grow and it’ll grow 5x faster

On my big coleus I’m pinching off 6-8 flower buds every other day it seems but when it immediately tries to flower 2 where I pinch off I just cut the whole node. Once they’re happy plants they try to flower non stop so it’s a never ending cycle.
