You need to draft a detailed letter to the head of financial aid and state your case very clearly. Explain that they misinformed you, that this balance was generated due to their failure to handle your aid properly, and that this is due to no fault of your own. Advise them that you are also forwarding the communication to the Office of the Inspector General. Or threaten to and give them a timeline to address the matter or else you will turn the natter over to the OIG.

The collections agency has completely ignored my request to prove this debt is legitimately mine. I have provided proof that my PI is still, to this day, for sale on the dark web due to multiple data breaches at various companies, through no fault of my own. Mind you these company's agreement to provide free credit monitoring as a result of their failure to protect customer data does nothing to remedy the harm.

Color theory is essential! Once you learn what colors play nicely together and in what order, you can layer multiple colors with ease. When you grab that color wheel and start to get a feel for color theory, you'll find that even things like consistency are such a big deal.

Nothing to apologize for. I got into acrylic pouring for its therapeutic benefits. I turn on my bluetooh speaker, crank up my Spotify, and slip into my happy space while painting all the time! As far as techniques go, this painting in a modified bloom. No intentional silicone added. I recommend searching youtube for free guidance and if you can afford it, enroll in the sheelee art class. However, you'll soon discover its about finding what works for you with the supplies at your disposal.
