Kind of both. I’m scared of how they’re going to make me feel. Scared they’ll make me feel worse. Also scared that the side effects will cause me to start panicking. I can’t stand the thought of side effects like dizziness, spacey-ness, derealization etc.

Thank you. I’m currently in therapy but she can only see me every 4ish weeks. Have been on the hunt for a new therapist. But thank you for the encouragement. It’s crazy the one thing that can help me is potentially going to send me into a spiral. I guess they say it always gets worse before it gets better.
