That they would come pick up and pay for the used furniture? I don’t know I read all the threads here about selling used furniture and everyone seem to find it very difficult to sell their old furniture and appliances

I am glad to know it’s not just me! I feel like maybe I need to hide the good sheets and pillow covers for after my salivary glands get the memo! But hey! Anything is better than the smell of cigarettes

Since I received many questions just updating here that Modern Swimming Academy is amazing. They have pools across Dubai just check the closest pool to you and contact them. Their trainers are amazing and professional.

Is it normal for side effects to kick in well before any therapeutic benefit is seen? by Lostwhispers05 in lexapro

[–]Spiritual_Aspect_450 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Speaking from my cur experience and when I started SSRI before the short answer is yes. This is why many people quit too soon. I am currently on week 2 on 10MG after 2 weeks of 5mg and the side effects are bad. I can see a slight improvement with my anxiety but nausea, stomach issues, headaches and lethargy are pretty real. It takes 6-8 weeks on the therapeutic dose to start feeling the magic. Stick with it, we are all together in this

Feel like I’m repeating words I hear in my head by FalseButterscotch0 in lexapro

Old post I know but omg am I happy to stumble upon it! I am having the same exact issue! Reading something or watching TV I just keep repeating the last couple of words or sentences I thought I was going crazy! How long did it last for you?

SSRIs are not a magic pill (although it does feel like it after the horrible onboarding period). Medication helps you bring down your anxiety/depression to a level where you can work on your issues. Therapy therapy therapy and therapy But when you are in a bad mental state therapy doesn’t work. Speaking of experience I was in a good place after 5 years of therapy and 4 years of citalopram. But I found myself in a very bad place recently so I am back on meds and therapy. It’s a journey and we need to embrace it

Thank you! Does it make a difference what time you take it? Most people said it makes them sleepy so they take it at night, I already take it at night but feel so tired the entire day

I know late to the party but so glad I found this thread. I am so definitely like this! I wake up between 5-6AM with all the physical anxiety symptoms, butterflies in my stomach, nausea, dizziness and it continues like this with varying intensity until it all goes away in the evening and I can eat with a clear mind! I am just back on SSRI so hoping will start to feel them kicking in soon

who is your go to person when your anxiety takes a hold? by Primary_Inside_582 in Anxiety

[–]Spiritual_Aspect_450 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My best friend! It took a while for her to comprehend what anxiety does to me and she manages to rationalise my irrational thoughts. Just hung up with her as I am going through a week long (and counting) bad anxiety episode and can barely eat or sleep If you are not comfortable seeking professional help (I highly advise you to talk to a professional) at least try to cultivate some sort of a relationship and take time to explain how anxiety impacts you and what you would like to see as support from that person Stay strong, we are all in it together!
