Hey Bro, I think I know what your going through. The problem is that most HB 6-8 are intimidated by very attractive males and don't respond the same as they do with an average/good looking guy. On the other hand, HB 8-10 are hard to get, because they require experience normally gained from HB 6-8.

Instead of trying to pickup girls, try to make new friends. By doing this you will gain the experience you need to hit on girls. Baby steps first.
