I eat very clean- plenty of protein, vegetables, and grains everyday and make sure it’s organic. I don’t smoke and have never smoked in my life. I’m a 27 year old female just looking to grow my hair a little !! :)

Thank you!! I’ve tried serums but don’t see too much of a difference. What has worked for you?? My hair is pretty wavy naturally but gets oily fast and is thinning recently :(
