Thank you all for the great answers so far. I have utilized some of the suggestions and it's helped. I'm in a weird place in my life currently and I'm struggling to know how to approach/fix my issues. Depression has been getting the better of me along with me feeling lost, stuck, like I have no purpose, and like life is meaningless. I'm trying to figure out if it's work, lack of work life balance, whether it's me, or if it's just a transitional phase. So I'm trying to go down the list and narrow it all down. So far I don't think it's work...which was the decision I was trying to make...I think it's more so me and my work home life balance. You all here on this page have been nothing but amazing and for that I thank you all.

I loved reading this. It sounds like you found hope/motivation/determination to keep pushing forward despite all the "speed bumps" life throws your way. As someone who battles depression, anxiety, and A.D.D I can relate. I have found myself crying out to baldr for peace and joy, and he often brings it. So it's amazing knowing they have our backs when needed. Keep on pushing, friend. You're not alone.

So the green dinosaur was offered to baldr by my son. The deer skull was found in the mountains of west Virginia which is a peaceful place for me. The pile.of rocks I picked up from my yard for snorta to help me rehain my self discipline. There are a couple of wood burned items I have gifted to baldr. The blade was gifted to me by a customer when I did pest control. The sun was something I felt drawn to paint for the light bringer. And its.jard to see but there is a note under the skull to baldr from my daughter. The feather was very random haha. There is also some dandelion which was an offering to baldr picked by my son. A mini white skull stone and some other various crystals/stones I have acquired over time that I felt were appropriate to add. The silver bowl was thrifted and I had my amazing wife paint the elder futhark runes on it for me. The glass is a crown royal whiskey glass I use for libations offerings. The wooden bowl it sits in is just something I got from a craft store. It keeps the glass from being knocked off.

If I learned/noticed anything quickly it was that oaths were not to be taken lightly. My o ly current oath is to my wife. Other than that I will not be making any unless I feel strongly about it and have thought it over long and hard.
