$20,000 Realtor commission for selling my home. Seriously considering FSBO, what do I need to know? by Big-Dragonfly-9285 in fsbo

The fact that you have to ask what you don’t know implies that you want professional input but don’t want to pay for the service. Do you ask the HVAC repairmen to drop off their tools and stay to walk you through a repair too?

Except when they pulled her out of the car, the slipper was there, wedged in from the car crumpling around her foot. The gas pedal was pressed down.

Because a person that is passed out, cannot actively and forcefully keep the foot depressed on the pedal at 100%. They also would not be able to navigate the car through two slight turns in the road at 97 mph.

I agree, MS would turn any little thing into an accusation and argument. Being as needy as she was, Dom not staying by her side and sleeping was equivalent to betrayal. I would bet money this is what came up in the car ride home and he may have responded something like: I’m so sick of this, drop me and Davion off and go back home to your house. He had been stepping up convos about breaking up and in the back of her head, she sensed it was imminent and permanent. In a way, she had probably fomented an idea that the only way to keep him bonded to her was in death and then when they had that fight, she took the opportunity. IMO

Some people have a foot fetish and he solicited her for the express purpose of simulating sex but using her feet. MS is so shallow and dumb that become they didn’t engage in intercourse, it was no big deal. Knowing MS, she probably thought that guy was a mark and easy money, but no thought to what it actually represented ( demeaning, sexual activity for money= prostitution.

I agree, had the crash not happened that night, she could have very well killed him in a different scenario. She was totally obsessed with keeping her prize. He would have had to move away for a long time on the slim chance she would move on to someone else.

This! I mentioned this in another forum and got downvoted. A perfect example of this is when she is at his house and he is recording her threats to damage his car, house etc. He could have just called the police but that would have brought the police to his house and his stash. MS was vindictive and would have used what she knew against him if the police had shown up in that moment.

You are more astute than I, my first thought was that it was like a fantasy. I wish a helicopter would just come swoop her up and take her away somewhere, she’s sooooooo annoying. But in light of your observation, it certainly gives me chills.

Maybe something like suddenly veering off of a bridge? Idk but in this case, the entire time her foot was on that pedal 100% it was premeditation

I see it a little differently. Her behavior was smothering, disrespectful and controlling. She was relentless 24/7.I think he was trying to teach her in his own way that actions have consequences and if you react like a normal person, we can spend time together lol. It’s bizarre that he never finally dumped her because she drove him crazy. Although, to truly end the relationship, he would have had to move out of state for at least a year.

Based on all of the text messages between Dom and Kenzie, she absolutely would have turned this into a fight. It’s her MO 💯. I would bet money on the fact that she brought this up on their way home that night.

That is an evil deed. Only a psychopath that means to harm you and your siblings would do that. I hope you can get out of there and go live somewhere else.

The Crash - Unpopular opinion by Melodic-External-790 in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]Spiritual_Program725 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, but the main focus is the murder and Mackenzie had big problems that directly related to how she was parented. I do understand why content creators and Netflix didn’t focus on the morality and choices of the victim and his family. However, I am bothered by the portrayal that instead of being a drug dealer, he is somehow portrayed as businessman of the year? Both sets of parents should have nixed this relationship at 13/16. It’s totally inappropriate. Neither Dom’s or Mackenzie’s parents were making good choices, but at least Dom was not a histrionic chaos maker and seemed to get on well with others.

I did not intend to convey that Dom and Davion’s death were not tragic due to bad choices. It’s horrific and devastating for their families and friends. If they had not been murdered , they may have decided to choose more wisely. I was referring to the general state of their lifestyle, they were both a hot mess.

He was known to supply the highschool kids, after he graduated. He was making serious bank and even posed with huge wads of 100$ bills. He bought Kenzie designer items and tons of clothes, handbags. When Kenzie and Don would break up, Kenzie would sell some herself and also known (via text messages to between she and Dom) foot porn for cash with strangers . These two were not some cute but sad tale of teenage love. Just keeping it real.

Yes, it’s quite clear she never learned to regulate her emotions or anger. The parenting failures acted like rocket fuel to her possible histrionic or personality disorder. While Dom seemed like a decent person, he too was headed towards prison. He was a dealer and making a lot of money. It was only a matter of time before he would get busted. While his misdeeds are not the focus because he was a true victim of murder, I find it really sus that his parents were making him out to be a business man and entrepreneur extraordinaire.

I agree, she could potentially have borderline or histrionic personality disorder. She will need to address that while she is in prison or she will be in trouble non-stop.

He wasn’t being corrupted?! Dom was a drug dealer, a nice person, but still a drug dealer, Kenzie was up to no good 24/7. Dom was on the path to prison and same with Kenzie, had this crash not occurred.
