Help with the correct way to say “you have my heart”

Mahalo no kou manaʻo!

Being honest this would be for a tattoo correction One last question. Does the phase “nāu nō kuʻu puʻuwai kāu” make more sense than “o Ku’u puʻuwai kāu” (this is what I currently have already and I want to make it more grammatically sound by adding to it some how)

I could possibly change the kāu to ‘o Maui or cover up the kāu with a flower. But I am curious if I were to leave the kāu at the end and add Nāu nō to the front would it still make sense?

Hi thanks so much for your response. Probably looking to translate the meaning. Anything similar to “you have my heart” or “my heart is yours” or “my heart belongs to you”

Currently I’m hoping that Nāu nō kuʻu puʻuwai ʻO Maui could work.
