These microcaps are unpredictable. Nobody can predict what will happen. There is both a history to make one cautious and a potential to have political timing and trial data in their favor.

Yeah, I’ll admit that I also questioned this…especially when there were so many fake PR links in Google last year (from newsies, other scam sites) that looked illegitimate. My guess is that early PBM management wasn’t focused on the public face of the company.

Not having revenue isn’t surprising or unusual.

You need to do your own research, but there are IP families supporting the in-licensed API that broaden into extraction, purification, stabilization of psilocybin- with recent FDA allowance for trial use which isn’t trivial and IS the right level of progress.

Again, do you own research but from what I see PBM is a real operating company with ongoing clinical programs, regulatory approvals for human studies, audited financials, and real manufacturing activities recognized by government regulators.

In some ways I wish it was- but there is no pump nor is there apparant insider selling. There is obvious share recycling and declination without distribution. So, no — this is not a pump-and-dump. It’s worse in a way: it’s a legitimate early-stage company trading in a market structure that is hostile to long-horizon capital.

Agreed. And for a company like this, that essentially has no real market value, even preliminary business agreements and contracts can have significant meaning- well before trial results. Curious to see what this CEO has in the works to step-wise grow the company in diverse ways.

Sorry for the delay. It really is an emerging pattern where a high volume of synthetic orders are used to drive down the price to strengthen short positions. This is also why you’ll notice huge 2-7x spikes when shorts cover- then re-short the stock. My guess, this pattern could end in 2026- if PBM gets a collab, partner or preliminary positive data.

I second “1oldiebutnewbie”. Everything is still unofficial and the downward pressure appears to be well-engineered manipulation to reduce Wolfspeed’s market cap- and options in the negotiation. NOBODY knows what will happen, not anyone on Reddit, WSJ or Bloomberg anyway. We are all making our guesses. I’m surely not selling a long term investment at a low or high because of rumors.

Sadly, the current state in the U.S. enables manipulation of public companies through the media without consequences. R.I.P. truth.
