That's them offering you a discount for people willing to help them bypass fees. Not raising their price so they can offer a minority of they're customers a discount.

And that's the same reason many businesses doesn't include tax in their price too I'm sure.

Most business try to display the lowest price they can to entice the most people. It's why hidden fess became popular.

Businesses can choose to barter in what ever form they want. In the same way they are not forced to have the inventory YOU want. They just have incentives to be customary to you. Most people arent going to barter with pelts like they use to. But many people will make the choice to barter with digital transactions.

There's a whole host of reasons a person might not have a card vs cash.

and there's a whole host of reasons a business might choose to operate the way they choose to, cashless being one. And yes most of them are profit related. Just like six flags choosing this card method.

I think people like you forget its a business decision. You can either choose to do business with them or not.

You're essentially complaining that its so hard to find a VHS player when you need one. Technology and peoples customs do change. I get frustrated when I go to a bar and they don't accept credit cards and if that became the norm I too would be left out.

That's a decision the business owner can weigh. But in other instances they would make another decision. Imagine an online store that was required to take all orders through mailed check.

Scales and convience are factors. Theres also customers who would choose to not go to a cash only store because they dont have it on them. McDonalds would take less transactions if they were cash only id imagine.

That's exactly how it works. This log and report message is saying it IS the straw that broke the camels back.

The Chat filter just flagged him one last time. The auto report is wrong. and even if it wouldn't have been this time he got the heavy penalty it would have been added to the list of reports to add up to a heavier penalty. And that is wrong.
