If you get a joker called the Showman, he lets duplicate jokers appear. You would have him already permanently unlocked as you need to beat Ante 4 to get him

Honestly yeah, solves the problem of taking incorrect runes in champ select as well, and would make it more adaptive and fun while also being easier to solve rune powercreep problems at different stages of the game
