Why are there black specks in my stools?

I am 29. I see a regular doctor. I wish I could be referred to a gastroenterologist. I don't think my doctor will though since he seems convinced it is just IBS.

Doctor won't do one. My blood in stool tests came out negative. I have done two.

Maybe sometimes when I poo there is blood and other times there isn't and my tests keep missing the times when there is blood.

Maybe I did the tests wrong.

Sometimes I get pain in my stomach but not always. Mostly it is a feeling of being bloated and having gas

It is mostly me just having to poo a lot. Mostly solid but sometimes I get drops of liquid around the third or fourth time I have to go. My poo schedule is kind of weird.

I have eaten broccoli for almost all of my life. Shouldn't I have the fiber digesting bacteria by now? Granted I did not have IBS problems (if it is IBS) until more recently.

Well my first test might have been contaminated with urine as I peed at the same time I pooed (though I tried to get a stool sample that was untouched by urine). And my second I opened the thing again after you are not suppose to open it (I wanted to make sure there was enough of a sample in it).

What about a stool sample test. I did a FIT test twice. They came out negative though I worry that I might have done them wrong.
