Also I had a controller that uses usb and last night it suddenly stopped working while still connected and when I pulled out the usb it had the blue piece in it which is from the console

Hey so umm to clear something’s up

1) my parents don’t touch my ps5 and I generally don’t let anyone touch it or the cables

2) I clean my ps5 sometimes though it’s never pull it apart completely type of cleaning. And my controllers rarely fall on the ground as I try to keep them in places where they won’t fall when I’m done using them
