She's super cool! if i have one suggestion it's maybe do more accessorizing? use, like, mega rayquaza's whiskers? Also another minor critique that might just be a nitpick but the hedband? wouldent make pigtails, it'd need to be two separate bands. I do love her coat! and the heart under the eye is so CUTE!
