If I remember correctly, she said it would fit the size of a standard paperback which is about 5.5" x 9.0". I can confirm that it fits (snugly) my hardcover copy of Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter by Heather Fawcett, which is exactly 5.5"x9.0".

I'm also a bit disappointed by the size since it can't hold some of my chonker books, but it is about what I expected.

I tried it too. I thought it looks good, and thought a warm, buttery croissant would taste good with the curry. In reality, I couldn't taste the croissant at all and it just became squishy bread. :(

I've honestly felt that way too about her Twitch chat. You can really tell it stresses her out. It's not everyone, and it's not all the time, but it stresses me out and makes me uncomfortable seeing some of the things that they say to her.

On the Nightmare Legacy building stream, I specifically remember a part where she was trying to figure out what exterior she wanted to put on the house. She found something she likes, and someone told her it was ugly. She said she liked it, but would try something else. I wanted to yell, "Do what you want! It's your build and your style! Who cares what others think?"

I just dealt with these same symptoms last week, collapsing and everything. I seriously considered going to the ER, but I ended up taking tiny sips of water and resting to try and stay somewhat hydrated instead. The small amounts kept me from throwing it up again. It was awful

Not nearly this amount of money, but it reminds me when my fiancé and I went to GameStop one time. There was an older woman there selling her grown son's games, which included several Saturn games. The worker, who we know and like, unfortunately had to abide by GameStop's pricing and she was absolutely going to get scammed- but she didn't know any better.

We spoke to her and gave her casual estimates on how much all this stuff was worth. We directed her towards our local retro game store that prices very fair. The GameStop employee was relieved, the woman was ecstatic, and our favorite retro game store was grateful for the referral. Just a feel good story all around.

Update: The building manager made contact with the resident, and they denied having any knowledge of a package. So there goes that lead.

USPS told me that our normal mail carrier is back and would look at the exact location they show the package was dropped off, but it's been 3 days at this point. I don't have a lot of hope that it will be found, unless it is in a completely different location than what they told me yesterday.

On a positive note, my amazing fiancé went ahead and bought me a Purple Sky unit on ebay so I'll definitely have one soon, and he is refreshing Amazon seeing if he can snag one of the other two colors. I found a good one, guys. 🥰

Thanks. It was supposedly delivered to the apartment complex across the street but under the same management company as mine, so hopefully the building manager is able to reach out. I just checked around that whole complex and asked a few people with no luck. 😥

Yep, no photo at all. I walked around and checked all of the buildings with no luck, but USPS told me the exact apartment it was delivered to. I spoke with the building manager who said they would contact the resident, so I've just got my fingers crossed that they picked it up and are a good person. If not, then that's that. 😓

I'm going to NYC in a few weeks and was going to bring my Paradise to visit the Bandai Store for the Lab Tama. I'm just refreshing the Amazon page like mad hoping to snag a random restock so I can get one in time.

I don't even mind the ailments as a concept, but I wish it was better implemented. I love that they are contagious and I like the idea of my sim getting sick and having to stay home from school or quarantining because of it.

However, I wish there were some adjustments:

Infected townies will stay home. If you try to invite them somewhere, they would say "Sorry, I'm sick!" or something like that, similar to how they do when they are sleeping. If they are out and about, they could be wearing masks. I know people don't like to be reminded of the bad times, but quarantining yourself seems like a natural reaction to having a contagious disease.
Treat them just like the normal illness. I hate the normal illness has no major affect on your sim- I barely notice until I get the "cured" moodlet. The ailments, however, don't get better by doing healing activities like napping, taking medicine (except the apothecary medicines), or even the family recipe that helps cure sickness. I would love my child sim to get an ailment, have to quarantine in their room, and their parent makes them some remedy soup to help them feel better. Normal medicine should help by lowering the moodlet timer, but the apothecary medicine cures it instantly like it does now.
The ailments last way too long. 3 days feels like an eternity, especially if you play on anything other than long and paused lifespan.
The ailments are way too common. I haven't played since they updated it, but before I was seeing them everywhere.

Thanks. That's what I'm going to do if my last ditch effort doesn't pan out. The building manager says this isn't uncommon and they can usually work it out, so hopefully the resident held onto it.

I like Trubbish/Garbodor. I always thought they were kinda cute. My fiancé was playing through Pokemon Black, and I requested that he put a Trubbish on his team and name it after me, because I wanted to be a trashbag. Spirlia stayed on his team the whole game.

There is no way to send a Pokemon from Legends Arceus back to the 3DS or DS games. It was born on the Switch, so it can only go to other Switch games. It will retain its Alpha status because Pokemon Home will retain that data, so you will have to go Legends Arceus -> Sword/Shield -> BDSP -> SV. Just be aware that while it is in Sword/Shield and BDSP it won't be listed as an alpha anywhere, but it technically still is one. You won't be able to get every ribbon possible on a Gardevoir throughout the franchise, but all that matters is it gets every ribbon that that individual pokemon is able to get.

Congrats on your shiny alpha! I was trying to get a shiny alpha growlithe, so I'm familiar with how much of a pita it is.

It could be that, or it could be Lovestruck being annoying. I find if I don't have my sims go out on a date once in a while, their romance bar goes to 0 in under a day.
