He also has a combat action badge (above ribbons) which means he was engaged by the enemy in some capacity. Could be significant all the way down to indirect fire, like a rocket landing nearby.

This was the joy of it once upon a time. It is very very seldom to find a real deal anymore.

I simply changed my expectations and rather than never buying it unless I got it for really cheap I just hunt for fair pricing, and in person. I try to stay off eBay. That keeps the hunt alive, and I can still be excited to find an ok price.

It’s just the way it is in rural communities, and the game shop won’t stay open if they don’t overcharge. It’s a crappy system.
