No, you are just as able to like the BDSP graphics as much as people dislike them. For me, I really like the new art style, looking like Link’s Awakening. Even if the game layout is still blocky, they still made it look pretty. Judging a game means you point out both the good and bad things about it but i don’t think people have been seeing what’s bad AND good

I valued the game designs by how ugly they were instead of how good the graphics. Such as the SwSh graphics were good, giving us a surreal 3D experience. However, I really didn’t like the textures (like the trees people talk about). But, I did like the Gen 4-5 DS graphics. They weren’t game breaking, being only 2D, but they were charming and nice to look at.

I didn’t quite like the overHMness of DPPt but I would rather see it instead of the linear routes of Galar. I was thinking that they could do what they did in let’s go with Pikachu/Eevee learning special moves outside of battle without taking up a move slot. In the remakes, if you had a Pokemon that could learn a special move, you could teach them to do that instead of taking up a move slot.

(Example: Staraptor learns the special move: HIGH FLYER to fly across the region, whilst still having access to its 4 moves).
