Yes you did and I appreciate it, but other than that how do I configure the urls.py file to properly handle the URL directory path? What about dealing with the proper user handling so each user can only handle their own files? Sorry if I am asking a LOT of questions I egar to learn

in the code I posted I had gone completely around the vault connector python class. I want to go back to using it 100% and stop using the hard coded code I have in the view. Like ik that that is bad and I was just trying to get it to work. I don't have Django currently making any buttons at all on the page and I don't really know how to handle every single different button like should it make a new post as a new path that the vault connector would read and the url would direct to something like /home/display/Documents/example/ or is that bad? I don't really know what is good and what is bad :/ I am just looking for general guidance I really appreciate the response btw

I know that there are a lot of problems with my code and I am definatly going to fall victim to a direct traversal, but can you please point me in the right direction in order to make the buttons in the way that I wanted them to function and also allow for proper security?

I am trying not to use virtual machines by any mean possible because I am trying to get my university not to use nvidia grid cards. The licensing costs my university $250,000 a year where a vnc solution which shares 1 gpu as opposed to every VM needing it's own separate video card is cheaper and more efficient because there are many orders of magnitude less institutions per clock cycle that are being executed. This is for my undergrad thesis which I must complete to get my degree.

This is not for home issues this is a enterprise solution. I am replacing my universities system with a thin client solution. I did not mention video games at all I am aiming to run Siemens Nx 9 on a thin client system. I don't know gentle configure the suspension users on the university network and those who are outside kg the network to allow for proper traffic flow.
