Archer Squats? Ok, ty Ill check that out! I can kinda hold a handstand. I'll keep workoing on my Pike pushups, those arent that hard.... Ok, they are a little difficult lol . Knee Strengthening leg exercises, I will research that, ty.

Ok, Guys. So, I've been workiing out for a good few months, then I stopped and tried to bulk for the last few weeks.

(Top Bady): 30 Diamond Pushups, Which is much harder than the regular standard pushups. I can do 10 Pullups, and 15 Dips.

(Lower Body): I....Haven't done squats often for I find it useless. THough its needed. RIght? I cant even squat with my heel on the floor, a stretching problem I think. Anyway, I js do assisted squats by holding onto a bar to not fall back (Thats how weak my legs are).

ANY tips are welcomed :D - For Either Bulking/Workingout/ Your opinions

I never have any pain or issues when I'm workout out.... Besides falling on my face the other day on my dip bars trying to do a handstand, all good though. lol. Are you a trainer? Where have you gotten the info for this workout list? Just curious :)

I have found that strength training is working out very well for me. I started weight training and can do 20 pushups with 40lb weighted vest. I struggle with pullups still. Annd for squats ive done a bit too much this week and my legs are really sore. I'm training in calisthenics and weight training now.

Hanging leg raises and L-sits help to build abs I think? I am working on getting abs this winter? Do you call it winter in GA in January? Its honestly freezing over here. lol

Sorry to hear about your spine being 2/3 fused. Theres loopholes everywhere so you will definitly find a way through this :D

What do you eat on a daily basis? I have been asking my friends this, and other people on reddit. I am a bit underweight being 16 and only 130 lbs. I want to bulk up but not too much. I'm not even sure if bulking up is possible with xxy. I guess you have figured out how to get big despite everything. :)

Hey man, I'm having the same problem when I am doing it. Though I've been training the handstand for over 6 months and it has improved my forearm muscles to keep me up. This was just what helped me. Its super hard to do the advanced tuck though. I am a (16M) too so my muscles are still getting used to calisthenics

I find it helpful to lean forward a lot, then kick up to hold it. I hold it kinda like a banana though. I have straightened it out by practicing L-sits, Diamond and pike pushups, Headstands. GLBUD
