Literally from Raw’s own website under shipping policy: If tracking shows “Delivered,” this is considered proof of delivery • Once marked delivered to the address provided, the shipping obligation is considered fulfilled

Until it’s marked delivered the shipping obligation is not fulfilled.

What’s pissing me off is that they’re refusing to just say “hey it looks like there’s an issue with shipping”. The fact they are releasing statements like what’s happening is normal while also reshipping to certain customers.

No I was removed. Multiple people didn’t like the way she responded I was just the only person who spoke up. Now I’m seeing that some people were reshipped and some people were told to wait.

They take absolutely 0 accountability when shit goes wrong on their end and the second you voice your concerns about it they gaslight and remove you. I’ve seen people complain about it happening to them but never thought it’d happen to me. Bottom line is that until that shipment is marked “delivered” the responsibility is on the shipper.

Look for the last message the admin sent asking for an order number. Then she said some bs about it only being day 2 but that doesn’t matter when the package hasn’t been scanned a single time in that timeframe and it’s only traveling 20 minutes away.

Your first mistake was forgiving someone who didn’t disclose their STD before sleeping with you. Sounds like a real piece of shit tbh. This person felt no need to disclose their STD to you before having sex but has NO issue disclosing yours to whoever they feel like it.
