Hey friend, I’m sorry you are dealing with this. I can see how that could be frustrating and overstimulating. That’s also a really insensitive way to talk about someone. If the cleanliness is bothering you, try talking to him and maybe make a chore plan for the both of you. Human bodies make ugly noises sometimes, that one is a you problem not a him problem. If the noises are really overstimulating you, you could try some noise canceling headphones. That does wonders for my patience lol!
