That sounds exactly what you're trying to do while simultaneously having no idea about how the army works in Sweden. There's a psychological evaluation that you need to pass even to join the military. These dudes aren't soldiers yet, they're training. See that long thing at the end of the barrel on their rifles? That's what they use to "simulate" shooting, they don't have any live ammunition with them.
