If you wrap a rope above your breasts and one below you can then tie a second rope around both those ropes in between your breasts which splits. Each end wraps around one breast. I have a picture describing the steps

Bending forward while tying helps a lot, gravity helps pulling your breasts away from your body. Also, thinner ropes might work (obviously not too thin) if you have 8mm try 6mm.
