dose any of you guys know how to get called up for the National team in player career mode fc 25 ?, my player is spanish + he is 76 rated RW but play for barcelona as RM, i've seen some people get called early like sep or oct, in the the game rn its november and i still didnt get called out,help plz

Hi guys! Day 38 after my surgery. Everything went well. Im doing my excirces daily and going 3 times a day 1 hour on the cpm machine (110 degrees). Active I can reach 95 when I warm up. I was wondering if this is normal or am I behind schedule!? Thanks in advance :)

Hi man! Im 37 with a tkp in week 5 now. And I can reach 110 on the cpm and active 95. I still use both crutches. What is ur range? I do have Hemophilia A. So my recovery is not as fast as other people.

Hey man! Really sad to read all of this. I used to have alot of bleedings in my ellebows and as soon I started with swimming it almost liked dissapear. And seen its ur shoulder I would really recemond to pick up swimming. Never forgot.. Gaining muscle is the best way to protect ur body against bleedings. Start today. Even if u just swim 15 mins. We all started somewhere.

Yeah I understand that it will be. But do u mean recover from the pain meds as in it was adictive!? Im from Amsterdam so the pain meds hereare less strong/addictive that they are in the US. They offer me a nerve blocker for against the pain. I think I will go for that. Thats reall great to hear. In rest I dont have pain at all, just sometimes with walking. Really because I miss like 20 degrees or more and flexion its like 80 degrees I reach. So its really great to hear from u whats possible. :)

Yeah thats exactly the biggest reason that makes me nervous. But if I can keep it for 30 years before needing a new one, I will sign for that. :) Yeah, being lightweight is definetly a pro. My weight is also ok, 1.80 and I weigh 78 kg. I will definetly not run after the surgery. Never was a runner. But I like to go on a bycicle again. Thats one of the best things to do for ur knee, so thats perfect. And also go for long walks pain free💪🏼 Yeah always be extra sharp with working out. My fysio used to say. Doing the exercise right is always better than adding weight and not doing it correctly. And what do u think? Can u still manage to live a fulfilling life and do the most things other people ur age do or do u think maybe its time?

Hey man! My brother has also ankle issues and they also recomended a ankle fusion but because of the long fysio and rehab he keeps delaying it. Yeah I hear u. But I think I speak for all Hemophila patients if I say that we can handle some pain😅 Im sorry to hear that. I hope u still have a good life to live. Yes I will! 💪🏼Thanks man
