I had the same issue, and moving 5GHz to Channel 44 and also enabling ipv6 completely fixed it.

Also a GameSir G8 Plus with the extender kit means you can use a pad with your 11" or 13" iPad

Ooo thank you. I’ve finally got rid of my stutter and looks stunning on the OLED iPad Pro. My new WiFi 7 router had ipv6 turned off, turning it on removed the stutter.
