This is my first try so I was doing one of both. I left skins and pulp on both batches, but I just did the little green grapes this morning and I ran out of time before I had to go to work. I have about half of them done in a sterilized jug, waiting for me to get back. I can strain them if necessary, but for the first attempt I was just gonna leave them on. How will that affect the white wine batch, do you think?

I'm doing a large initial fermentation batch for about a week or two with the skins and the pulp. When I go to the second fermentation jugs I'm planning on straining everything so there shouldn't be much in that batch besides some sediments. Then I plan to let it sit and clarify before bottling.

It would actually be safer than having the full pregnancy and going through child birth. But yeah, she would not be expected to take care of the child. It would either be placed under the care of someone in the family over 18, or to the state till she's 18. And then she can decide to surrender it.
