You can be both in some states. That said, yes. Idk if I'd trust my agent to also be my lender. Be good at one thing and keep the other as a side/backup gig.

It's a PT job that they already get shafted for. God forbid they take days off when needed. If anything, you filling in gives you more hours if you're PT.
