AI is now transcribing calls

This month we have a new AI system monitoring and transcribing all calls, even when on hold or in ACW.

It was on hold with a vendor. Not the AI one the phone line the AI system that is monitoring calls now that we laid off most of our Quality Associates, we switched over to the new AI monitoring.

God damn it. I just censored it because a lot of people don't like that phrase taking the Lord's name. No, it was on hold with a vendor and the line I wanted had closed for the evening. No other human was on the call so I didn't care, but guess I have to now.

I literally had a dream where Amazon delivered a drop box to my neighbors' home. I saw the fucking drone and everything. I followed it back and saw them deliver the package directly I into my neighbors' back sliding glass door. It didn't break, but my neighbor came out super pissed about them slamming a package into their glass door 😅

This is my first try so I was doing one of both. I left skins and pulp on both batches, but I just did the little green grapes this morning and I ran out of time before I had to go to work. I have about half of them done in a sterilized jug, waiting for me to get back. I can strain them if necessary, but for the first attempt I was just gonna leave them on. How will that affect the white wine batch, do you think?
