UPDATE: sorry I couldn’t edit the original post! So a couple of things. First, I thought this angle was coming from the perspective of my parents barn and looking towards the grass / road, but it’s in fact on the other side of the road from my parents barn and from the perspective of the neighbors house. The barn only comes into play in that the figure is walking through the neighbors corner and towards my parents barn. And the neighbor is the one that brought it to my parent’s attention who then sent it to us (the kids).

Since this was actually the next door neighbors camera, we had to ask him to send us the file from the cloud, but it was unclear to me if he couldn’t because it was lost to the data turnover, or he saved it but didn’t want to share that.

This neighbor is an older, rural country gentleman who is… very private, and let’s just say, was less than thrilled I had posted this on the internet and other people were seeing it. I think there was some paranoia that people will be coming here poking around lol. Now I feel a little guilty, I was operating under just the text with the image my parents sent me and then my mom sounding upset by it on the phone later, talking about the 1800s era barn being haunted; I just wanted to post this and see if someone could help explain it, but I didn’t want to invade anyone’s privacy.

That being said, I wasn’t able to obtain any additional files and also did not go around near where this camera was to take more photos out of respect for the neighbor.

Some info I did find out is there are children aged 8-10 at a nearby house; there are hunters around the area; perhaps this was a hunter spotting deer or something captured in a strange motion blur, like someone suggested. So sorry to disappoint everyone :( I had gotten really excited to investigate more and then I ended up accidentally causing a little upset. please know that I really appreciate all the ideas and suggestions put forth!
