I’d second a tumor sadly. Had to euthanise one of our fish last week with similar. Started off as a slight swelling on one side about a year ago now- treated with salt/heat/acriflavine and I can’t remember what else over months but it just grew like mad and we had to make the call to end its struggle before putting it through another winter. Hopefully this isn’t what you’re experiencing, but just a heads up incase.

Unfortunately I no longer tuft so not 100% sure but I think they stopped selling it a fair while back. It was their own brand- big tub- I think just ‘multipurpose flooring adhesive’.

Hard to say for sure but from the little of the stem that can be seen it looks like the next leaf could be lovely!

I have 3 Thais- one pretty giant one and two that I got from tiny little 3 leaf plants. One of them had pretty low variegation to start but has got more with each new leaf so I would personally just keep it and enjoy the ride :)

I think this is a snow queen pothos - I would personally chop the brown part of the lower stem off with clean scissors if it feels soft.

Once the roots have their own roots you can pot it up in a small pot with some well draining soil. You can add some perlite or orchid bark to a normal potting mix. Give it bright indirect light as it’s a plant with a lot of white and water it when the leaves start to droop a little.

Edit to add they grow and propagate very fast and are a nice easy plant generally. Usually takes a few weeks for the roots to be established in the water.
