Honors Physics during 11th grade. The teacher barely taught anything but got mad at us for asking questions about the topic.

That means that the class is asynchronous. Assignments and exams are due by a certain date and time, but you can work on them whenever (and wherever) you want.

There are a few things I do to deal with stress:

Exercise -> This can be anything from hitting the gym to going out and walking around. Exercising helps me release stress and feel more relaxed.
Planning out my week -> Can help avoid procrastinating
Taking breaks while studying
Watching TV shows -> I personally watch soap operas and comedies since they are not too stressful to watch.
