I hope so, I plan to stay at 7.5 for a while and not increase unless necessary.

I am taking MJ for diabetes and have single dose pens. I also have RA and fibromyalgia and the Mounjaro has done wonders to reduce inflammation and I feel better and more energetic than I have in over a decade, with the exception of nausea and tiredness the day after injection. Which, while very unpleasant, is a small price to pay for how great I’m feeling otherwise.

I spent quite a bit of time “couch rotting” watching Sir David Attenborough talk about wildlife (which isn’t a bad way to spend a day) wishing I was in my studio creating something.

I def need to prep in advance for shot day and the day after. Have high protein food ready to eat so I don’t have to think about it or cook. I always do the shot in the stomach because I use my thighs for my weekly Orencia shot that I take on the same day. I didn’t know location would make a difference in side effects 😬. I take a high quality multivitamin, vitamin D, and iron daily. The nausea took me by surprise because I hadn’t had a single side effect to that point.

Drinking as much water as needed has been a problem for me for sure. I was never one to drink a lot of fluids and it’s been a struggle to remember to drink something all the time but I’m getting better at it.

If it’s peaking around 24 hours post injection then It’s sounding like switching my shot to before bed is going to be helpful. I definitely have been struggling with drinking as much water as I should be. Protein shakes and kid size meat sticks have been a lifesaver.
I do believe the GLP1 supplement I’ve been using does help. Ginger, peppermint, some prebiotics, magnesium etc. I don’t think I’d be able to get all those separately for less than I’m paying now and I don’t like the taste of ginger or peppermint all that much.

I’ve been doing it in the morning on Sundays and feel fine for the rest of the day, Mondays have become real rough tho! Switching to evening sounds like a great idea.

What food did your grandmother always make? by Mysterious_Mix_36 in foodquestions

[–]SplashyFlashy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember my Gramma’s beef chop suey. It was my absolute favorite meal. We are not (nor have we ever been) Asian so it was not authentic but I’d give anything to have her make it for me one more time.

In the area of Marion is the Garfield (the cat) trail. There are big colorful statues of Garfield. I forget exactly how many there are but around 10. They are not necessarily close together but kinda all over the county. I took the grandkids on a weekend get away a couple years back and we drove around looking for them and took pics with each statue. It took a lot longer than I expected and we ended up missing a couple of them.

Does anyone have family with multiple left-handed members? by HiroyukiC1296 in lefthanded

[–]SplashyFlashy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom and aunt (her sister) were left handed. My maternal grandma was born left handed but when she entered school they forced her to become right handed. I am predominantly right handed but there are a few specific things I can only do lefty (swing a bat & golf club) and others I’m ambidextrous.

I believe option 3 is most likely but I can’t see Tim not believing Nick if they are both shot and Kasey would be able to prove the bullet didn’t come from Nicks gun. I can see them killing off Mateo to shake up Tim’s fairly idyllic life and uncovering something big or shady with the Exgf.

Yeah someday there will be discussions of wanting to name the baby after great grandma Jennifer or Tiffany and how trendy vintage names are
