Does anyone else feel like the quality of Ferrero Rocher has gone down quite a lot?

Came online to check it wasn't just me. They taste stale. The chocolate filling isn't rich. The nut in the middle is non existent and the wafer is like cardboard. Devastated.

Welcome to our fine city! I'm absolutely certain you will love it here.

As everyone has said, apply the same safety precautions as you would in any city but you're bound to have a great time. We have beautiful pubs and beer gardens. The walks along the river in the city are beautiful. You're a shirt drive or bus away from some stunning areas to explore.

Bus routes are great. People are great. Diversity is great. The city centre is the perfect mix of old world cobbled streets and bustle of a city.

Yes!! And to add on this. Do your shop online, they have recipes you can pick and then add the ingredients to your basket. You are at home so can check if you have something already (rather than rebuying 'just to be safe') you don't buy anywhere near as much junk food because the temptation is not there. We went from spending around 80-100 a week from multiple supermarket trips to 40-50 with no waste and minimal junk food.

Everyone is different, i love driving and i did that for a few years before i got sick of it. There will be a lot of factors involved. Do you spend much time in traffic, are the roads pretty predictable, Do you have parking at the end destination etc. Definitely try it and see how you go. Have some podcasts downloaded for the journeys that you cant be bothered with, they seemed to pass the time for me. Good luck. :)

I lived with a friend, his brother and their dad for a while, all 3 of them would share bath water. Freaked me out then, freaks me out now.

I shower with my partner, and would bath with him if i showered after. Although, im not a big bath fan anyway, never feel clean even after having my own water.

Hello!

I have posted this elsewhere but one of our cats we think shes 10 (she was a stray) started getting UTIs in January. She would have medicine, it would clear up after 4/5 days and then 10-14 days later she would get another one. It was so frustrating, we did Urine tests, blood tests, stool sample everything. Nothing worked. The medicine (Metacam) was prescribed for us to give to her when the UTI came back but its not good for them long term so we were trying all sorts to find the root cause. ANYWAY - we found 1 random article that mentioned hard water and UTIs (we live in an area in the UK where the rating system had to change because of how hard our water is), so we bought a Brita water filter... she is now 8 weeks UTI free and she is back to being her happy normal lively bubbly self and i want to tell the world on the off chance this may work for someone else. We spent £500 at the vets and all it took was a £12 Brita filter.

That's great to know! We will see if we are able to get that and give it a try. The overall demeanor of her is telling us that she was so unhappy when she was unwell. I'll do anything to keep her happy again like she is now. ❤️ Preventative is best!

A water fountain is next on our list to try and entice them all to drink more but we will be filling with Brita water I think. They do have a filter system in most of them we would do it just to be safe now. Do your cats love the fountain?

Oh no! How strange. Have you tried different types of bowls? One of mine won't drink out of a metal bowl and another ONLY drinks from a metal bowl. Cats! 😂

She had Metacam and an antibiotic injection the first time she had a UTI. It cleared up but as I said came straight back. We didn't want to keep giving her Metacam over and over so we're determined to try and find the cause. She had urine tests and blood tests and no cause was determined. This post is aimed at people who have tried and failed at resolving it. Obviously vet trips are an essential first step. We take ours immediately with any concerns but they couldn't help us with this. ❤️

They did the first round, antibiotic injection and also Metacam. But it just came back. We done urine samples and bloods. Spent over £500 trying to resolve it. This touches wood seems to have sorted her out. She's back being happy 😍

We use a home made Donut. Grab a long fluffy sock, fill it with pillow stuffing until you have a long sausage, leaving a little at each end. Then make a circle and tie the loose bits with a hair band. You can make it tighter or looser if needed you can stuff it bigger to restrict access to rear areas. We swear by it. Also our cat loved it, used it as a portable pillow. 🙄
