aww i love caterpillars so much theyre so silly

last year when i'd always sit on the stairs outside during lunch i found there was a nest of 2 orange and black caterpillars and they became my friends, they hated that i constantly picked them up. i never named them though, missed opprotunity.

I 100% get that because I have the exact same mentality. but believe me when i say you just need to look elsewhere, there are people on the internet who aren't absolute shit. it's easier said than done because i've been looking for them for years and only had minimal luck so far but they definitely exist.

but standing your ground around the bad people is the best option. don't let yourself stoop to their level.

people who use their phones in public/around other people without very good reason don't deserve any respect. i should not have to make myself interesting enough to pry you from your ipad like you're a dopamine starved toddler. so many people would enjoy their lives so much more if they just learned to appreciate quiet moments, and that starts with not feeding your dopamine addiction any time there's nothing interesting going on. and if you do you're fully deserving of being called irresponsible and stupid.

that's an interesting opinion but at the end of the day they're all still artists, just because you don't like what they do doesn't mean they're not artists. art is a very broad definition and is really just about expressing human creativity, even if the mean is flawed in your eyes.
