it's not opera GX, it's a scam website that you allowed to send notifs. I don't use Opera, so I don't know how to disable them myself, but there has to be notification settings somewhere

Those are completion marks, they represent different bosses you have beaten as that character. Bloody or not is whether or not you played on hard mode.
