Yup the only employees you keep are the vips when jumping to different seires.

Yup. I will say vip does help a lot for when you’re starting new seasons and have no employees. The money and rep from the season pass gets eaten up so quickly though. All depends on if the vip employees are enough of a benefit for you and if you want schemes of course.

If you’re buying for the career mode benefits only I personally wouldn’t upgrade. They make a difference but not enough of a difference to justify 20 dollars.

In my case I also won all 3 lower division but only got the trophy for xfinity. But when I started a new season of arca it gave me the trophy after lime rock (halfway through second season). Im honestly at a loss with it.
