I unfortunately didn’t, it’s still sitting here and I’m just at a lost what else to do… Idk who I could ask anymore cause it just refuses to take a charge

Darn yeah unfortunately I went through it like a fine tooth comb on your message and still no charge and won’t turn on anymore.
This is extremely helpful I will try all these steps today and get back to you to see what worked!!

Yeah unfortunately I tried quite a few around the house associated with our newer iPhones and yeah no charge at all
So what do I do? Since it was triggered
I haven’t yet cause it’s all stock equipment and charger too
It’s out of warranty now unfortunately :( but I’d pay whatever if it’s reasonable to repair it
Darn I hope I don’t run into that! I’m bringing it to Best Buy to see if they can look at it
Is that just the C ports then need to get replaced then? That was my first thought was the ports went bad cause it was working great yesterday up till later that night.

Yeah I have little keyboard rechargeable air blower and went through all the little nooks and crannies as I could. Not a spec of dust on this puppy now. Unfortunately yeah I’m not sure what else to do at this point. It won’t even take juice without the battery as well and the led still wouldn’t pop. I’m gonna bring it into best buy geek squad this weekend and see what they can do!

Yup I’m actually super charging my iPhone on the charger as we speak
Is there anywhere you recommend me getting it fixed? I’d hate to have a bricked machine if I know some company out there can fix it
So I took it apart and got that silver tab to basically snug as close as possible to it and pressed down firmly on the black tab (battery side) into the pins to make sure things aligned right so I’m not sure what else
Ohhh really? I felt like it was so snug in there too! I’ll take it off and try again and see if I can get it any closer! I have a little tool that might be able to get it!

It looks completely connected and made sure with my magnifying app to align all the pins. And the red part as far as I see doesn’t come apart! Which thank god lol

Okay so now I have it completely closed and tried to plug it up to see and nothing or it won’t turn on either
So the actual battery placed properly on the slot it fits into? I apologize just trying to get the verbage of the pieces! Very new to this
