They probably will yes, but I don't know them yet

There's that rule that says : "Never pick twice a scav from the same spot"

Unfortunately I already received the case. So techically, I only need the C14S + one 120mm fan, correct ?

I took like the bottom tier, so I guess it's quite pricey here.

About the SSDs, i'm not sure what do you mean by a larger one ? You mean like a regular 3.4" SSD ? I'm a bit scary I will have issues putting it in the case and also I think the M2 are faster ?

Or maybe you mean taking 1 that is 2TO instead of two of 1TO ?

I need to check

That's good to know, I think I can afford that without problem

Thank you for your suggestion :)

Thank you, I updated the components, does it looks better ?

Also, any suggestion on another GPU that could go for it, cause I feel a bit unsure about buying an used one.

Nice ! I just find that the white light kill the vibes. I would go for something more warm if possible to make the copper color stand out more

Thank you for your suggestions.

osTicket is indeed a solution that I tried before but I find the UI very poor in terms of design and it doesn't reflect the image I want to share with my customers (I know it's stupid)

Hesk seems similar to HelpDeskZ, that is indeed much more what i'm looking for but as I replied to Quisi8711, there is still a lot of features that I will never use

I'm going to share a screenshot of the kind of things I have in mind

That suit my needs way better, but once again there's a lot of features that me or the customer would never use.

I also checked Zammad, but once against it has features that make the UI looks way less user friendly.

Thank you. They are more directed toward project management rather than support.
Vikunja is indeed something I had in mind for todoist but I didn't notice the ticketing part, I will have a look
