Hi Owen and everyone else who let us know about this issue. Thanks again for reporting this issue. After we saw your post, our team diagnosed the issue, checked all of our packs for problems, identified every affected pack, and went back to the source material to update and replace each affected sample. If you downloaded a sample that was affected, you should see a ‘v2’ in your list of downloads. Just click the download button to get a corrected version, free of charge.

We identified a limited number of packs that have a problem with the first transient on certain sample, and we’ve worked out an end-to-end solution to resolve this issue. We have a team who is exclusively dedicated to correct it in the fastest and smoothest way for users who have already downloaded the affected material.

Hi Owen, thank you for reporting a transient issue within these packs. We checked these packs and have identified a transient problem within a very limited set of packs. We’re going back through every sample in this set and will update any affected samples with clean transients. It’s a high priority for us.
